Residents and staff loved watching the Royal Wedding over the weekend. We had to turn down the invitation to London for the evening party as it would have made us miss bed time, but we celebrated with a very British high tea instead. Congratulations Harry and Megan!

An entertaining evening with some Young Stars

We had a youth dance group visit last week to perform for our residents. The group, Young Stars, are raising money for a dance trip they wish to go on later in the year. They wowed our residents with some wonderful dancing and singing. The residents loved it and were talking about it for days!

We will be having some little duckling eggs delivered at the end of March for us to hatch here at Easterlea. We will then be able to hold and play with the ducklings until they are collected on 6 April.   Last year we had hatched some chicks and it was such an exciting time…
