Easterlea Rest Home prides itself in long-term staff with some staff having worked at Easterlea for 30 years. We do not experience a fast staff turn-over which encourages relationship building with residents and their families. Trust and ease are easily maintained with regular, friendly carers.

All staff members are trained, qualified and experienced in delivering care.

Local colleges often send students here for their work experience in the knowledge that Easterlea Rest Home is a well run established care home.
