Sam Mitchell - Director / Nominated Individual
After studying Business Management and Adult Nursing at Anglia Ruskin University, Sam has followed in his father’s footsteps as Director of Easterlea Rest Home. He works closely with Easterlea’s dedicated and compassionate management team to ensure staff are supported to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for its residents.
Sam takes great pride in Easterlea’s history as a family-run care home and the welcoming, personable approach it continues to deliver. His vision is to ensure every resident continues to feel at home and cared for with dignity and kindness.
Carol Boyce-Flowers - Registered Manager
Carol has worked in Health and Social care for nearly forty years, and has been the Registered Manager at Easterlea since 1998. Prior to this, she worked for the NHS specialising in geriatric nursing on busy acute medical wards. She also holds a teaching degree which she used in local colleges to support students to achieve their NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care.
Her passion is to make a difference in the well-being of elderly people living in care.
